Ophélie Lechat

I promised myself I’d knit from stash.  I have at least four projects’ worth of yarn sitting in my office, including some summery yellow yarn and some hemp I’ll be making a skirt from.  I have a sock pattern that I need to finish designing.  I have a lace project in glorious Sea Silk that I can’t wait to wear.  

But what do I do?  I pick up four skeins of pima cotton from work, push all my other projects off the table, and get started on a loose, summery cardigan. 

I never knew cotton could be this soft and squishy.  I’ve felt silk-wool blends that are similar to this.  I’m in love.
